This car was sold New to a Portuguese emigrant in South Africa in 1987 and delivered in January 1988.
In the 80´s the Portuguese Mercedes Benz dealership C.Santos had a special department of sales for Portuguese Emigrants out of Europe – Mainly focus in South Africa/Brasil/Venezuela. The special sales forces visited this 3 Country’s selling cars to be used in the Vacations at Portugal.
This car was sold by good friend of us to the only owner that unfortunately passed way.
It was our friend the responsible for taking care of this car and all the other brothers of the sumptuous big collection that the owner owned ( 80´s Lamborghinis /Ferraris/Mercedes /Lancias).
